I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received from Dr. Noura and her staff in confirming my booking. She meticulously explained the nature of the problem, the necessary procedure, potential complications, and preventive measures in a composed and professional manner. She generously allocated over two hours for both the diagnosis and the procedure.

Furthermore, Dr. Noura went above and beyond by removing my damaged retainer and thoroughly cleaning the surface at no additional cost. She also provided valuable guidance on proper dental flossing techniques and overall dental hygiene maintenance.

While I have visited other dentists in Dubai in the past, I am confident that Dr. Noura will be my preferred choice for future dental needs.
