How often should I book?
Your review schedule is based on your oral health and risk. NICE check-up intervals are not a fixed schedule for scale and polish.
What if I have gum disease?
A routine clean may not be enough. Your dentist can explain whether deeper gum treatment or further assessment is needed.
There is no single cleaning schedule that suits everyone. Ask us about your individual plan.
Keep caring at home
Brush with fluoride toothpaste twice daily for about two minutes. Spit afterwards rather than rinsing immediately, and clean between your teeth regularly.
Support for the whole family
Ask us about suitable brushes and cleaning between teeth. Children need help or supervision with brushing until at least age seven.

Is polishing the same as whitening?
No. Cleaning can remove surface stains, while whitening changes tooth colour. Ask us which option suits your concerns.
What if my teeth are sensitive?
Tell your dental professional before starting and during your visit. We can discuss how to approach your care.
Does cleaning replace brushing at home?
No. Professional care complements your everyday cleaning routine.
Can I book for my child?
Yes. Tell the team your child’s age and what you would like to discuss. Recommended care depends on their individual needs.

Use Gate 5 for visitor parking. Parking is free for the first two hours and after 5 pm. Each additional hour costs AED 10, which the clinic covers. Please speak to reception about arranging coverage of any additional parking charges.
