DENTAL CARE FOR VISITORS TO DUBAI
Plan your dental care in Dubai
A personal approach to your smile, with clear advice and time to plan your visit.
Dental care that fits a thoughtfully planned visit
Whether you are visiting family, travelling for work or considering a dedicated dental visit, start with a conversation. We will help you understand the next steps before you arrange travel around treatment.
Your dentist assesses your needs and explains suitable options, alternatives, risks and costs. A preliminary discussion does not replace an examination or confirm a treatment plan.

Allow the right time for your care
Your schedule depends on the assessment, treatment stages, laboratory work and healing. Leave room for reviews or a change of plan rather than fitting treatment into a fixed holiday deadline.
| Care you are considering | What to discuss before travelling |
|---|---|
| Check-ups, cleaning and fillings | Whether assessment and treatment can take place together, or need separate appointments. |
| Crowns, bridges and other laboratory-made work | Preparation, laboratory stages, fitting and review visits. |
| Dental implants and oral surgery | Suitability, healing, staged care, review appointments and possible return trips. |
| Braces and clear aligners | Ongoing monitoring and access to care between visits. Orthodontics needs a continuing care plan. |
Ask your treating dentist when it is appropriate to fly, return to work or resume activities. There is no single travel or recovery interval for every procedure.
Prepare for a comfortable visit
Travel and accommodation
Confirm your appointment and provisional clinical schedule before booking. Arrange flights, accommodation, visas and transfers independently. Choose flexible arrangements where possible and allow for traffic and follow-up.
Your first appointment
Bring identification, a current medicines and allergies list, and relevant dental records if available. Contact the team first for an appropriate way to share records; please do not send sensitive medical files in an initial WhatsApp message.
Families, access and reassurance
Tell us if you are travelling with a child, feel anxious, use a mobility aid or need assistance with access. Ask which parent or guardian should attend and what consent or documents are needed before arranging a child’s visit.
Understand the costs before you commit
Discuss the clinical plan first, then ask for an itemised written estimate in UAE dirhams (AED). No treatment price or package is assumed from an online enquiry.
What should my estimate cover?
Ask what is included for the assessment, imaging, treatment stages, laboratory work, medicines and reviews. Clarify any separate charges, how a change in the plan is agreed, and the cost of further treatment if needed.
How do I confirm payment and booking terms?
Before paying, confirm accepted payment methods, any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and refund conditions with reception. Your appointment is confirmed only when the clinic team confirms it.
Will insurance cover my visit?
Ask your dental and travel insurers about your specific planned treatment, complications, additional accommodation and return travel. Get their answer in writing; do not assume ordinary travel insurance covers planned dental care or that the clinic offers direct billing.

From your airport or hotel
Share our Google Maps pin with your taxi or ride-hailing driver. Travel time from your airport or hotel varies with traffic; check your route on the day. Contact reception before travelling if you need help with the building entrance or accessible access.
Dubai time is UTC+4. Confirm appointment availability and the time of your visit with reception. Keep sightseeing and other activities flexible around your dentist’s advice.
Feel prepared after treatment, too
Before leaving Dubai, discuss aftercare and follow-up with your treating dentist and agree what to do if a concern arises after you return home.
- Ask for treatment-specific written instructions, the review schedule and the clinic contact details.
- Ask how to obtain your treatment summary and relevant records for your usual dentist, including implant or appliance details where applicable.
- Clarify who will provide local follow-up, whether return visits may be needed, and who pays for additional care or travel.
- For a new concern, contact the clinic and arrange prompt local dental assessment when needed. Messaging cannot replace an examination.
For a medical emergency in the UAE, call 998 for an ambulance. Seek urgent help for breathing or swallowing difficulty or severe uncontrolled bleeding. Do not wait for a WhatsApp reply; outside the UAE, use local emergency services.
Questions international visitors often ask
Can I have a remote consultation before travelling?
Ask the team what preliminary discussion is available and how relevant records can be reviewed. Any initial guidance is provisional. Diagnosis, suitability and the final plan require an appropriate clinical assessment.
Can all my treatment be completed in one trip?
That cannot be promised before assessment. Some care requires laboratory stages, healing or ongoing reviews. Discuss your travel dates early and ask about any planned return visits.
How do I check visa and entry requirements?
Requirements depend on your passport and circumstances and may change. Check the official Visit Dubai visa guide and confirm with your airline before booking. The clinic does not issue visas or guarantee entry.
Can I combine treatment with a holiday?
You can plan your time in Dubai, but keep recovery and review appointments first. Ask your dentist about flying, exercise, food and other activities after your particular treatment.
What if I am unhappy or need further treatment?
Contact the clinic to explain your concern and request the complaints process. Before treatment, clarify review arrangements, any written warranty terms and responsibility for additional treatment, accommodation or travel.
Can I get help in another language?
The clinic offers English and Arabic. Tell us in advance if you need another language, so any available support and arrangements can be confirmed.
